We are looking for:
English Call Center Agents
Your new role:
Working on a 4PM-12AM (Mon-Fri) shift - in office only -, you will conduct outbound and receive inbound calls from customers, gathering information and handling a variety of queries!
What you'll need to succeed:
-You will have call center experience (preferred not required)
-a desire to work in a busy contact centre
-have confidence and empathy when dealing with customers
