Are you interested in the European Union? Do you have strong communication and project management skills? Apply for this part time position to be part of a dynamic office and support Kosovo’s European integration process. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, employee to support a team in organizing regular events including panel discussions, lectures and cultural activities which support citizen’s understanding of the European Union.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
-A completed Bachelor’s degree;
-At least 7 years of work experience in project management, public administration, European affairs or other relevant field;
-Experience managing public events;
-Knowledge of the European Union institutions and Kosovo’s status in European integration;
-Experience working with community stakeholders including government institutions, civil society and media;
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
-Experience drafting summary reports, proposals, blogs or news articles in Albanian and English;
-Outgoing personality, able to work with a diverse group of colleagues;
-Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
-Fluent in Albanian and English.
