Design is medium sized mid - high end custom cabinet manufacturing shop looking for a full time experienced designer and sales staff to start immediately. Salary dependent on experience and ability.

Position Requirements:

1-2 years experience in a sales driven environment

Strong working drawing knowledge & experience in reading architectural drawings

Experienced in Cabinet Vision and / Cabnetware is an asset

Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Able to meet deadlines and process excellent time management skills

Motivated to work alone

Detail orientated

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong Industry based product knowledge

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Connecting with clients and discussing their needs and wants

Visiting clients on site at their homes or new building sites

Listening to the clients and providing them with suggestions and input

Using Cabinet Vision to provide clients with designs, product options and quotes

Presenting clients with detailed plans and closing deals

Following up with the client and keeping them informed about their project progress
